1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ToneScribe ("the Service"), a product of NextAlphabet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ToneScribe is a voice-to-note application that allows you to record voice entries, transcribe them using AI, and generate various content formats including tweets, summaries, blog posts, emails, and more. The Service is available at tonescribe.com.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Your Content

  • You retain ownership of all voice recordings, transcriptions, and generated content you create through the Service.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (transcription, AI generation, storage).
  • You are responsible for the content you create and share using the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or abusive content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

6. Free and Pro Plans

  • The Free plan includes 20 voice entries per month with a 3-minute limit per entry.
  • The Pro plan includes unlimited voice entries with a 10-minute limit per entry, billed monthly or yearly.
  • We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.
  • Pro plan subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI (tweets, summaries, blog posts, etc.) is produced using third-party AI models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before publishing or sharing it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToneScribe and NextAlphabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
